Andrea Spencer is a full time, dedicated Realtor who holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; of Human Resources and Marketing with the University of New Mexico.
Andrea brings over 20 years of administrative, marketing, and negotiation experience to the aid of her clients. She has held a Real Estate License in New Mexico from 2014 – 2019 where she was recognized as a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker; she has held a Notary Public commission, and presently holds a Texas Real Estate License.
At a young age Andrea watched her parents’ build-up her childhood home; she witnessed first-hand the thrill of breaking down a wall to make a Great-room, admired the results of a gorgeous kitchen update, and watched the structure of a new bedroom and bathroom take shape.
Since purchasing and selling her own properties, she can sympathize with some of the stresses of real estate and is determined to ease her clients through the process. “It can be stressful, buying, building or selling property, but I’m convinced it doesn’t have to be. You just need the right team.”
Originally from New Mexico, Andrea and her family had exclusively vacationed in Texas for several years prior to moving; visiting Corpus Christi, Galveston & Houston to San Antonio, and Dallas & Fort Worth.
“I have fallen in love with the Lone Star State. ” – One afternoon at Sam Houston National Forest, Andrea and her husband decided then, that they would uproot their young family and move to Texas.
In 2020, Andrea and her husband finally realized that goal, when they purchased their primary residence in Texas - sight unseen. “It’s definitely not for everyone, but I have a lot of faith in God and see Him work in, and through my life. Our decision to move like we did was a big part of that.”
Thrilled to finally call Texas home, Andrea enjoys kayaking, bass fishing, watching her sons play baseball, restoring old furniture, propagating houseplants, and baking. “I enjoy sharing the qualities a houseplant and fresh cookies bring to a Home.”
Andrea prides herself on optimism, consistency, professionalism, and above all, honest determination in service of her client’s real estate pursuits.
When buying or selling, don’t hesitate to call her.
God Bless You & God Bless Texas.
